Our Estate Sales are done primarily through the ever growing online auction platform. The process take about two weeks to complete, we sort through everything in the home to determine which items will do well through auction. Take professional photos and gather as much information as possible for each item and post them to our spot on Denver Online Auctions with currently over 5000 followers across the country and growing fast. Other, more fringe items of lesser value can be sold on-site like a traditional estate sale during our pick up day for the winning bidders of our online sale. Whatever is left is either donated to local charities or disposed of. The home is now ready to put on the market for sale.
